Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, providing financial strategy, budget management, and ensuring that the financial reports accurately reflect the company's fiscal standing. This is an onsite position, suitable for candidates already located in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
- Manage the finance department, providing leadership and direction to the team.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance.
- Oversee the management of budgets, forecasting, investments, and all fiscal transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to optimize financial operations and reporting.
- Manage relationships with partners and investors.
Requirements for the role
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a CFO role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Deep understanding of financial laws and regulations in the finance industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh (if not already a resident).
